They appreciate the little baggies of chocolate rocks we give their kids, the tootsie rolls in the office, the shop tours and help in selecting color and stone type.
Our customers love our clean-cut, friendly installation crews that treat their homes like their own. Our customers love our advanced technology that allows for the most precise fabrication possible. Our customers love our big slab yard with the largest selection of natural stone in the region to choose from.
What things needed updating from the current site?
Their previous website was built on an older version of Showit. I know you’re thinking but Showit is beautiful, the newer versions yes, but the older version made their site look clunky and hard to navigate.
What is something you want Creative Stoneworks to be known for?
Excellent quality, fabulous customer service, and reliability.
I loved her ideal client by the way!!… She says… We have two different customer bases – homeowners and contractors however the customer that uses the website most often is the home owner. Within that our customer base quite broad but I would say our target market would be women age 35-60 who are shopping for their dream home or remodel. These ladies are usually mothers who are either homemakers or successful career women. They need to gather facts and inspiration that they will then share with the significant other but they have the design and purchasing power. Their significant others will be drawn in by our high tech machinery and process while they will be interested in the work we’ve done and the help we can give them as they navigate this new area of countertop design as most have not made this type of purchase before and it can be intimidating for them.
